Dr. Madiha Farhat was born and raised in Quetta, Pakistan where she attended St Joseph High School. She received her medical degree from Bolan Medical College in Quetta and completed her residency at Sandeman Civil Hospital, also in Quetta. In 1999 she moved to the United States and pursued the United States Medical Licensing Examination. Upon successful completion of the exam, she was accepted into the Family Medicine Residency program at Kalamazoo Center for Medical Studies in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Dr. Farhat joined Allegan Professional Health Services in 2008 and has been practicing Family Medicine at our Otsego Medical Center since 2008.

Dr Farhat spends most of her free time with her family. She volunteers at the Portage Public School system where her three children are currently enrolled in elementary school. She enjoys travelling, music, and reading.
