Dr. Thomas Collins graduated from Upper Arlington High School in Columbus, Ohio and attended Denison University in Granville, Ohio. Upon completion of his undergraduate degree, Dr. Collins received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine. Dr. Collins served as a Captain in the Air Force prior to joining the Allegan Medical Clinic in 1974. Dr. Collins provided Family Medicine services to area residents In the Allegan Medical Clinic from 1974 to 1987. Dr. Collins rejoined the group and currently provides Occupational Medicine services in our Occupational Medicine Clinic. When he is not busy treating patients, Dr. Collins enjoys spending time with his five grandchildren, bicycling, cross country skiing, and other outdoor activities.
